        Hi Katy,
        I am very excited about my sister buying the summer home of Canada's sweetheart, Mary Pickford. Mary Pickford, if you are unaware, is one of the first and most popular silent film stars. She has spent 8 months renovating the inside. It looks great. The yard however looks terrible and more importantly is dangerous for her 2 children. If any of your "yard" shows are coming to the Boston area, I will volunteer my sister's yard to you!
