I've noticed that problems often arise when dealing with old homes. This is standard and it makes the show really stupid that there is no inspection to find these problems before work is started and promises are made to homeowners. On today's episode, no one seemed to know that bidet/toilet combinations are available ( or that you can add a bidet feature to an existing toilet). No one thought to use a shower curtain, instead of a glass door, which would hit things. This simple solution would have allowed the owners to have the shower. You need better/smarter hosts or advisers with common sense. I could point out other similar issues in other episodes.
