I sincerely hope this is not for a residential area. The outriggers can usually be found at chain link fence suppliers. They connect onto regular 1-1/2 to 2" diam post. The bottom can be what ever material you want.

You must have teenage daughters. Smile

You are looking at commercial fence supply places for both materials and labor. Find a local outlet and start there.

I'll also echo what redoverfarm said and hope this is not for a residential area as you may find some restrictions on this kind of fence. Also, be ready for some sticker shock on material costs.

I see why it's called a Gulag fence!

I can't tell from the photo whether the wire is barbed, and don't know if that would be what you would want to use. But it if is, you might want to check with the municipality or township or other governmental jurisdiction in which you live, as barbed wire can be outlawed in some communities. It is in mine.

Also, you might want to determine if your community has neighbor restrictions on fences; some require that the adjoining neighbor consent to the construction of a fence if it's on a property line.
