Sorry, I didn't phrase that right. On my house now, I have vinyl siding. I bought from Alcoa. Now I'm having an addition put on, but they discontinued that color of siding. So now I have to buy paint for the new siding to match the other siding. Is there certain paint I must use and how to go about doing this. Hope I said that right. Thanks again for any info you may provide.

If you mean matching vinly siding to the existing paint on the house, you just need to get some samples from the company selling the siding and compare them to the paint. Remember all vinyl siding fades with time and exposure to the sun so if it's a very dark color then in a few years it won't match anymore as closely as it did when it was new.
And do not buy cheap siding. A good siding is at least .042 thick a better one is .045. The differance is one holds it's shape better, and is less brittle. I've seen the cheap stuff sold off the shelve at Lowes and HD form holes in it as if someone shot it with a BB gun over time, (even on the third floor) chaulk up and will not stay laying flat.
