Hello: Does any one have the recipe for the Outdoor Windex which goes on the end of the hose in order to clean the second story windows.

I am not sure of a recipe, per se. I have used the commercial product and it was not worth a darn. It didn't remove all the dirt from our windows and left streaks of not just dirt but also of cleaner.

Nothing beats elbow grease. However, if you were going to try something, I'd make sure the plants under the window were protected with a tarp, and mix a little dish soap with some vinegar and blast away.

Thanks very much. I had thought about using vinegar and now will put some dishwashing liquid in it.
