I was wandering if anyone had heard of Windows USA out of Arkansas they gave me a quote on vinyl replacement windows and i wanted to know if they were a good company i have a friend who has these windows and recommended them but she hasnt had them long and dont know if they are going to stand by the warranty or not i am also worried if they will even be there in the future to honor the warranty if anyone can tell me anything about this company or have a recomendation on another window company pleas let me know i am trying to do my homework on this and get the best window for the best price
I had all the windows in my house replaced by Windows USA. They had the best price around here (East Texas) for vinyl double hung windows. The windows themselves were from the factory in Ark and are good windows.
Having said that, the most important thing to consider is the installation. I would look very close at examples of installers past work. Ask them for addresses and go there to see the windows and talk to the owners about the water rejection and noise reduction.
Installation is 95% of your future satisfaction.....
