Looking for the name of a part
Hello all. I'm trying to figure out what the term for a specific piece of hardware is so that I can locate it within a hardware store. Unfortunately all I've got to go on right now is a description.

What I'm looking for is some sort of anchoring plate for pipe / threaded rod. The thing that I saw had a flat circular base with holes for screws that attached it to a flat surface (in this case a tile floor). In the center was a coupling type receptacle that allowed for a piece of pipe/threaded rod to be screwed into the base, allowing the pipe/rod to be connected to the flat surface. I'd like to use it for a project I'm building, but the application I saw it in was holding up the walls of a bathroom stall.

Any ideas what this thing might be called?

It's called a threaded flange. One style here:
