basement almost finished... i enjoy the building but it is the finishing part that gets laborous. main area we left the bottom part of the wall exposed concrete - cleaned, sealed and painted it. Wanting to put a textured look on sheetrocked walls above this. The sand type finish from Behr requires 2 steps, can i add texture to a regular paint and use one coat
( i have already primed walls )
