I have recently had my hot water heater replaced. The problem is that in certain section of the house I get hot water and in other sections the hot water is sporadic at best. Any suggestions?
As to why hot water comes to some areas of your home and not others would suggest that you may need to trace that path that the hot water takes to get to those areas where it is sporadic. Notice the type of pipes that it travels through on its way there. Does it pass though copper, than galvanized pipe? If it travels through galvanized pipe, it may be that the pipe is old and corroded inside and blocking the flow. Are there any valves that you notice on the way they may be off that may interfere with the water flow? If so open them and see if that improves the problem.
To assist you more appropriately, we need to know more about your problem, the type of pipes you have and what you have done to try and correct the problem.
This will allow others to assist you more effectively.
