where can i get the kit that enables you to build up from wood to tile. the parts include a foam pad that can be cut and formed for the slope on the floor and thinset and latex on the walls..it is lightweight and sems like a great way to custom build a shower.

Go to a regular tile supplier in your area. Last I saw, the depot and lowes do not carry them. But a regular tile store has them in stock.
