I'm not sure what tool you desire but I have 2 links for you below. Looking at the DIY program schedule for Dec 3 there were 2 Cool Tools shown that morning prior to 10:30am when you posted your message. I am assuming that you saw this program earlier that morning so you posted after see the show, if you did not see the show that day than you can do as I have done which I explain below.
Both links below show the dates and times when these programs will be aired again and possibly by video taping, using your PVR, or watching it again with a pencil and pad handy you can get the info you need, in particular the exact name of the tool. With that you can good forward with what you wish to do.
Now if you didn't view the program on Dec 3, go to the DIY Boards. Once thee page loads in the top right corner you will see a link to the DIY complete TV schedule. Click it. It will take you to a page where you will see whats on how for the next hour or 2 as well as 2 calendars below. Click on the date in the calendar when you previously viewed the program and it will bring up the whole schedule for that day in 4 columns. Look through the list till you find the program and time when you last saw it. In the right hand column under Episode is the episode name, Click on the Episode Name but do so by opening a new window so this schedule remains and you may return if that link is incorrect. Go to the new window and examine the write up for the program and the tools it lists. Often in Tool Cools there is a link tied to the Cool Tools Store below the program description and by clicking it it takes you to a new window where all tools are displayed with a link to the supplier or the web. You may also find the tool you want by using Google and entering its exact name in the search and it will often provide suppliers of that product.
