I noticed 1 maybe 2 huge spiders in my house. I have never seen spiders this big in my life. I want to buy some pest/spider control that will kill these spiders & any eggs they may have laid. I'm looking for something that I can spray around the outside of the house rather than inside. Any recommendations?

Any home improvement store will have a variety of anti-insect/bug products in the lawn and garden section. Some even specify which types of spiders they work on. Go shopping and read some labels.
