We encountered a lot of rain lately. The rain has somehow seeped into my garage. The garage is attached, but built with cement block. Is there a paint that seals? We're trying to avoid a mold situation. What's your recommendation?

There are a couple different reasons. One could be that the floor is lower than the surrounding elevation (exterior) or that it does not have a pitch to the door. Other being that the exterior grade is too high and the absence of a drainage system. Without correcting one/all you are not going to keep it out. There is waterproofing treatments but most are directed to the exterior ( french drain, dimple weep wall). Interior treatments such as coating with Drylock or similar are just temporary and eventually you will be faced with the problem again in the future. Think water! It does not run up hill.
