Painting inside and out, new roof, gutters, facia (sealed so no critters can get in) add insulation in attic, after clean out of mess critters made, New stairs (pull down) old one broke. re finished all trim and hardwood floors, etc.

Sounds like a lot of work and it sounds like fun (if you have the time and money)!

I'm curious about how you are planning to seal your fascia.

Are you doing some or all of the work yourself?

The plan is first put 1/4" hardware cloth and then replace all the boards and no I won't be doing the work. Do you want the job? Just kidding
