I've not found the show you desire. Part of the reason is that all episodes of Kitchen Renovations have the code DKTN not DID and thus DID-107 may not be correct. Below is a link to the all episodes shown on Oct 1, 2008 in the Eastern Time Zone.
It was likely one of these programs that you saw. You may need to choose the proper Time Zone for your viewing area at the top right to help determine this. Then click on each program and allow it to load.
Also below is a link to all episodes of Kitchen Renovations. Possibly by viewing a couple of these that aired recently you will find the one that you want. Also check under the Resources once you choose a link and allow it to load.
At the end of the program description under the Heading, Resources, they list all suppliers of products used in the show and many have a web link. Once you find the program you believe matches, look under the resources for the Cabinets and go to that supplier's web site.
Hopefully this is of some help.
Good Luck!

There is nothing magic about rollout shelves. It requires roll-out drawer hardware, platform shelves to rollout and cabinets that the slides can be mounted to. The specific situation sets the exact approach to the rollout part and the structure of the rollout shelf.

Agree with JdN, With the side track hardware, a roll out shelf is pretty easy to retrofit if you have sturdy cabinets already.
I have done several in our older kitchen, just by using the existing plywood shelves, and cutting them just a bit narrower to allow for the side track hardware. If you happen to have a narrower opening than inside, you will need to build up behind the tracks to clear the opening. And choosing single door cabinets (that don't have a center divider support) makes it easy too. Some of mine have a low frame of wood around them to keep items from sliding off.
