        Hello all,

I purchased a property with a manufactured home made in 2007 on it just before being laid off. It has some issues, and I now have the free time to tackle them, but I don't necessarily know what I'm doing, and I don't have the money to hire an expert for everything. All feedback is welcome, and especially from those that know what they're doing.

        house front
The first thing that is obvious is that I need to paint it all. What color or colors do you guys think would look best? Further, what might I do to make it look less like an ugly brown rectangle? I was thinking of planting a few trees or bushes around, but I don't know. The brush to the right of the picture has been removed.

        front left
From this view you can see the first give away of my main problem. The siding is coming off in places, and I believe it's because the house/foundation is settling is some form. The foundation is not cracked anywhere, but something is obviously going on. I'll have more pictures to confirm this theory later on

        1. How do I fix the siding to make it fit again?
        2. What do I do about the shifting of the house, what might it mean, and what do I need to do to fix it?

        back
        center back
Here is part of the back. No big issues that are obvious to me other than the ugliness needs to be fixed with paint along with, perhaps, other suggestions.

        back right
Here is another problem. The gutter is smashed in. I guess I just replace that?

There are cracks in various places in the house from the settling issue as well. If you're clever enough to read what the cracks mean based on the layout of the house, I will gladly draw a layout with where they are. for now here are just the pictures:

        https://drive.google.com/file/...Qm8/edit?usp=sharing
This is an especially telling crack, as it shows the door frame is not straight? Some of these cracks don't show when one is actually in the house, but the camera reveals them and the fact someone else tried to put something over them. It is weird how much better it shows with the camera.

        under the house
These sorts of stands are all over under the house. I presume they might help me in correcting the settling, but knowing how precisely and where appears to be a great puzzle to me?

        stand in water
Is this one in water an issue? I don't even know how water got there after a rain, but it clearly did. It's dry now, but it will without a doubt be in water again when it rains?

        screen door problem
Finally, is there a trick to getting this bow out of the screen? clearly someone tried to pry it open sometime. I haven't been able to get it back.

Thanks for any suggestions you might have.
