I just bought a re-manufactured Paslode nailer that makes all the necessary noise when the tip is pressed into a nailing surface, the light is flashing green but no nail comes out. A nail might come out every 10 -15 tries.
i emailed the seller yesterday but was wondering if anyone here has had a similar experience?

Have you adjusted the safety tip? If the tip is not depressed enough then the gun will not fire.

Assuming this is a gas gun?

Yes it's gas. I assumed it was completely depressed but could be wrong. I'll give it another try tomorrow.

And then there is the obvious full battery charge?

Yes, battery is fully charged but I wonder if they put new batteries together with remanufactured tools???

A follow up: It turns out, the Paslode service and manufacturing facility is about 5 minutes from my house! So I drove there and had them check out the gun and they found a faulty computer board, replaced it and now it works great.
