        this girl had red hair. She would give homeowners around $8,000 toward fixing their houses. She would take them to a condemned house that had the same issues and the issues were never fixed. She would also have previous homeowners of the previous houses she fixed help with the renovation.

        sounds like "Rescue Renovation" and Kayleen McCabe if she worked single, except the show money sounds a little high for that show, I remember a top-out of 5 grand.
