You could get a decorative poster, a framed photo on his new wall. He could enjoy it for many years to come and remember you all the time. Or get him a beautiful lake, river, mountain landscape if he is a nature boy. There are motivational posters too. Or even something about humor.
i have 2 suggestions, 1 a bar-b-que /smoker for his new place. or a book, with coupons stuck in the pages, like 12 of them. coupons are personal coupons, for time, travel, sex, whatever you figure out. it all depends on the leval of the relationship just a casual thing, a card and a bottle of wine. you plan on being around awhile. time isworth more than money.
