EchoLin, have you tried Googling on the subject which interests you? I noticed you're interested in a broad range of crafts and tutorials.

Try searching for children's crafts, or more narrowly by the type of craft which interests you. Fabric dolls are often referred to in the US as "soft sculpture", so you might try Googling that term.

I have no idea what magazines are available in Hong Kong, so it's hard to make a recommendation for printed matter. But Crafts, Crafts & Things and Create & Decorate are magazines with a variety of crafts, some for children.

Are there any Barnes & Noble bookstores in your area? If so, check out their crafts magazines.

You wrote elsewhere regarding scientific evidence for enhancing children's learning abilities. Try the National Wildlife Federation (http://www.nwf.org/kids.aspx) which has a variety of activities for children.

Dover Publications publishes weekly samples of their chilren's books. You can sign up here.

This week's sample includes paper dolls of ballerinas. http://www.doverpublications.com/sampler/0503/. Samples also typically include coloring pages from varous high quality coloring books.

You mentioned paper cutting. In the US and Europe this is referred to as Scherenschnitte. Google that and you'll get plenty of hits.

And here are some Earth Day crafts for your kids:
