Is the only place to get a Michaels coupon for 40% off now, on line? They told my daughter you can no longer sign for them even if you live in an area where you can't get a coupon. We used to be able to do this. Or we could buy the Sunday Orgonian and get one but they said they no longer place them in that paper either. My daughter told them she went on line but couldn't find one there either. They had them at the store but the girl at the counter told her she didn't have any more left and the one on the counter had already been used. Then when she told them she wanted to just return her stuff she just purchased, they all of a sudden had a coupon she could use. Why should a person have to go through all that?

Not sure...but it does sound like what I've been hearing from them. Mostly the stories I hear is that the ladies get mad at them and take their Mike's coupons to JoAnns who will accept Mike's and use it there. lol

I don't get to a mike's very often... and never when there is a very good sale. So when I have the time I choose HL. No JoAnns any where near here. I went to a JoAnns in May and asked about a coupon and told them that I was from out of town and didn't realize that I would have a chance to get to one and didn't print off the coupon...No problem I have one right here.! Than told me when I was in town again to come see them...I will! lol

I get Mike's and ACMoore coupons almost every week in my local paper here in NC but I can never find JoAnn's coupons. The ladies there let me sign up for email offers, TWICE! but they never have shown up in my email in box. Last week I got a whole sheet in my snail mail box---go figure!! Long story short, JoAnn's staff always give me a coupon at check out.

Sometimes the coupon game gets frustrating, especially if I forgot to bring one, but it sure is nice to save 40/50%!!

I get one in the free ad papers that comes about every other week.

I'm on the west coast and get coupons in the newspaper and on-line from both Joanne's and Michael's.

- You can't get the on-line or e-mail coupon from either store unless you are registered with their site.

- In my area, Michael's and Joanne's accepts each other's newspaper coupons but not the other's on-line coupons. This is good for me because I usually end up doing most of my coupon shopping at Joanne's.
