It appears another one bites the dust: August issue will be their last. I'm quite disappointed - I liked, and subscribed to the publication since 2004. I still have every one of the issues (along with other publications that are now defunct). As much as I LOVE the Internet, I love paper books (anything) even more. You can read more about this decision on their website (link below)

I usually look at the internet if I am researching something but I cannot tell u how many times I have gone back and re read my magazines or got ideas from the sketches. I am so sorry to see another publication shut down. It looks like everything is going digital so I guess I will be downloading on to my kindle alot more than I thought. It is the one thing I thought I would use tha did not have anything to do wit my scrapbooking but I guess I am wrong. It will just be a matter of reaadjusting the way I do things, that's all Smile

Well we could find some free websites (Google Sites anyone) and put there their scrapbook bits and pieces you collected over time, sort of memorial or tribute to them.

That way, people can still have a look at them. The world needs to know their contributions, too. It is a loss but we can sure do something to make its memories alive.
