Considering this product for our basement floor. It is a free-floating "snap-lock" vinyl plank system that is supposedly completely waterproof and appropriate for basement applications. Got some mixed reviews from other web discussions, so wondering if anyone here has any experience with this product and if so, your opinion of it. Thanks.

It's pretty good stuff and easy to install. The only time I had any problems with it was when we got a shipment of the material delivered by a factory rep: He brought in in is sub-freezing weather in the back of a pick-up truck. The stuff was so hard that it wouldn't snap together.

But when it's warm it works fine.
