        Refinishing Laminate Floors?

        I just bought a new house and I'm not too fond of the color of the laminate floors in the kitchen and foyer. Is it possible to change the color of them? They're in great condition so I hate to rip them up.

        If they really are laminite refinishing or changing the color is not going to happen.
        There can be up to 7 layers of a super hard finish and it's not real wood, just a "picture" of wood.
