High traffic with sand tracked in. Lost shine. How can it be protected? Sealed or shine restored to terra-cotta stones?

Terra-cotta will always be a challange to try and keep shinny. It's very soft and porris, not the best choise for a high traffic area. Clean it and seal it with two coats of a natural stone sealer, your stuck with having to redo it at least every year. joecaption
