Hi. We just bought our house and not sure how to make it welcoming as well as kid friendly. Any help would be welcomed.

Congratulations on the purchase of a house.

Your question is pretty broad. First, are you hoping to get on one of the shows? Or are you asking for specific help that you can do yourself?

If the latter, some photos, dimensions, and description of the yard would help. The growing zone where you're located would also be helpful, as what you can do depends in part on where you live.

In addition, are there any plantings in existence now, or is this a new house?

        How old are your children?

Without more detail, it's difficult to offer specific recommendations.

Congratulation MJ! Want to remodel your house? If you have space, think of a small lawn with plants. Decorate your kid's room with their choice of color, they will feel good.
