        New grass, whats next Sign In/Join

        Hello,
        I rolototilled added some new top soil and seeded grass. Its about 2.5 to 3 inches tall now. Its been 2 weeks since then. What now? Add fertilizer? But how do i walk with seeder without stumping new growth? When do i mow it first time?

        You could cut it any day now. Cut it high, bag it. Cut it when it is fairly dry so you don't sink into the rototilled soil.

        A starter fertilizer could be applied soon.

        One more question. Can I go back to normal watering cycle once a day every other day?

        Yes, just cut it before you water it. Since you rototilled the soil it could be pretty soft when wet until the roots really take hold.
