I actually had to fill out an application in order to get to the page where you upload pics. Did you meet these criteria?

Important: When Uploading Images, Wait For Image Boxes To Clear Before Submitting Application
The pics need to be on your computer before you load them. It says the boxes will clear after you upload the images. Then just click on 'Submit'. I don't think you are supposed to be able to see the pics.

When weeding, the best way to make sure you are removing a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull on it. If it comes out of the ground easily, it is a valuable plant.
