I have an unusual dillemma my backyard is covered in asphalt. I watch this landscapings shows but all of the great ideas u can't apply to ashpalt. The only ideas I've had is to tear it up, put down an outdoor rug, or maybe trying to paint it. Does anyone else have any ideas? Thank you!

either get a car parking business going, or tear the junk up. some character in the past couldn't be dragged from the easy chair to mow the weeds, and that's why it's blacktop. I will bet it was done on the cheap, and thickness is a half inch to one inch, uneven, without a proper sand base.

sig: if this is a new economy, how come they still want my old-fashioned money?
