I would like to paver my back Lanai and it will eventually be what we will continue around the future pool. I want pavers and my wife would like tile. She would like tile because it has grout joints that are easy to clean. I would like to know if there are pavers that i can install that will allow me to do the same aspect of filling the joints with a solid material like grout that will be easy to clean and not allow weeds or grass to form??

In theory, polymeric sand will do that. You need to be sure enough sand can get in the joints as it is not as fine as grout.

Tile can be slippery and the grout hard to clean. But pavers are hard to sweep.
