Putting that support back where it was, and then call in some professional help to look at everything. Pay them some money to take their time and give you good advice, don't expect it for free, it didn't work out last time

you need to immediately put a double 2x4 back up there, level, with full studding, etc. I would most heartily suggest in all honestly this is the time to call a professional contractor now, today, and have them shore it up slowly and level it before the house falls in.

a sag like this can become a backhoe demo job at any time.
