Reply to Wafenderick. I need to know if I can visually see the actuator under the battery tray, or if I need to remove the battery tray to be able to see actuator. I also need to know if the motor you refered to on the front transfer case is called the encoder? I also have a problem with the heat blowing hot briefly, and then cold briefly and this continues back and forth. I can hear a flapper going crazy inside the dash. If you would have any ideas on this problem as well, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your reply.

Reply to Wafrederick: Thanks for you information of the location of the actuator. At this time, the weather is bad and I have no garage. I will check this out as soon as the weather allows and respond back to you. I also want to ask you if it is possible that it could be anything in the internal front differential? Once again, thanks for your help. Big Papa.
