Here is my layout. I love doing these. These are some extra pics from Memorial day. I guess it may be kind of busy with all the different papers, but i thought it was ok. Thanks for looking. Pat
Hey girls! I am so glad I can finally join back in these challenges with yall. I missed yall and looking at all of your stuff!!! This was a fun and challenging lo for me. I chose to finally scrap some of my colorguard pix from high school. I used my new storybook cricut cart for the lettering, the marquee, and the medallions. I also incorporated ribbon and trim into it as well. TFL!

Here's mine - I loved doing this one because I have fallen in love with this cardstock and the memories of this day are so great...it was before all of the sadness that we had in our family during the rest of July! These pictures were taken on the 4th.
The cardstock is sugar coated cardstock from doodlebug design, inc. (color - swimming pool). I wanted to leave as much of the cardstock showing as possible. The dotted ribbon and brown ribbon are from swaps. The flowers are also from a swap and are accented with diamond stickles. The die cut was purchased at our LSS, but it was made by Griffs Shortcuts.

That is the perfect paper for that topic! I might have to track some down for some summer pages. Also...I don't know 'how' much you love the paper, but especially for the expensive papers, or ones I love a lot, sometimes I cut out behind the photos...and save the scraps for another page or cards. (Sometimes I paste all my parts onto one of the protector page filler sheets if it's too flimsy).
Looks like a fun day!

Looking great ladies. I've extended this a few more days--you've got til the 31st to get your LO's in. And those of you who have already entered one page--you're welcome to do another one-fun to see how you can make the same sketch into completely different pages!
