Hey girls! I finally got to meet up with some of my gf's from some of the boards today. It was so much fun!!! I bought a water brush at M's. I have been wanting on of these forever to use with the watercolor pencils. I am still working on this technique, but the brush def. makes it easier. So here it the card I made:

Front of card and front of envie:

You can take the belle out of the south, but you can't take the south out of the belle!

I live life, I laugh often, I love to scrapbook!

Thank you girls!

I just used water color pencils with my brush. I hope I did it right! I am still learning how to color in these stamped images. It is not as easy as it looks...LOL. Or atleast not for me. I did get some brush markers too, but still not sure about that. I need more practice! I still want to try that gamesol method too. Smile

Thank you Kate! The "Thank You" stamp is from the $1 studio g rubber stamp bin. Then the flower that I used on the front and to make the pattern on the inside is from a clear set at M's. It is in with their new $4.99 stamps. It is a flower pkg that has all sorts of flowers in it. They keep it on the end of the sticker aisle in my M's! Hope you can find some of these!!! Smile And if you want, let me know, and I would be more than happy to send you some stamped images of the "Thank You" one. Smile Just pm me your addy and I will! Smile

Oh, and I forgot about the back. The 'flourish' next to the flower's is on the same set as the flower. And the one on the back that say's "for you" is also a studio g $1 rubber stamp. I have it too if you would like some images. But the flower/flourish are my mom's! I did this card while visiting home in bama! Smile
