So...my exciting news...I get to be on a design team at my LSS for a couple of months! Get pages up on their walls. Weee. How fun. So...she gave me a couple of different papers to work with. Kind of fun, I don't buy too many of the newer loose papers. These are new Basic grey line.

I cut the 3 different papers into 4" squares, glued them, then stitched around each one. Used some lacy ribbon they gave me (tea stained it a little bit, it was so bright white). Printed title here using Word--made squares then overlaid with a text box to get this boxy thing, then printed on creme cardstock and popdotted them.

Our dresses were purple, and that didn't really go with this paper, and kind of fun to highlight the bride/groom in color, so did all the rest of the photos black and white. Same Word stuff for the journaling...just did the strips.

Journaling reads:
Gwyn & Charlie's Wedding
July 28th, 2007
What a fantastic whirlwind of a weekend!
Beautiful ceremony and wonderful recepton.
Mike & I were both in the wedding.
Mom & Dad came and took care of Jane
I love that our Maid of honor and Best man
ended up marrying each other-seven years later!

----
You'll notice this is from 2007--I've been putting this off b/c I didn't have any photos of the whole wedding party, any traditional good ones of the bride/groom, etc (with me and DH in it...kind of hard to get pics) and hadn't seen any from the prof. photographer. But...kind of happy with how this turned out--the casual happy shots.

You can take the belle out of the south, but you can't take the south out of the belle!
