Ohio Donna, and mkpam: No these are not water colors. They are just your regular prisma colored pencils. You use the blending pencil to blend your colors together. And as for the stamp. It is all one. The flower and barn are together on the one stamp. I have also used the H20's to color in these stamps and they turn out beautiful. Thanks for your comments and questions.

CraftyG...No, just let them dry flat on the table. That is why I use very little water. After you paint them, or use your prisma colored pencils, I spray them with the Krylon Matte Finish and it brightens the colors and they looks rich and vibrant. I'll get you an H20 one that I did in the mail this coming week. Stamp your picture on white cardstock though. Nice hearing from you.
