Hi: I have a love seat in a print and style that I love. Is there a way to convert it to a 48" sofa bed?

no... its a totally different frame under the sofa. what you can do, is find a sofa bed and have it upholstered in the print that you like. Smile

anything can be done. but the cost would be up up up and away...
