I saw a DIY episode a year or so ago which featured this really cool product that helps to perfectly hang pictures. You stick it on the back of the picture where the nail will hang. Then you place the picture in the exact spot it should be on the wall. The sticky product is transferred from the picture to the wall, perfectly marking where the nail(s) or screw(s) should be and eliminating the need for measuring and unwanted nail holes.
Does anyone remember the name of this product??
We have lots of pictures to hang and I'd like it to go as quickly as possible. Please help!
It's kind of hard to specifically identify a product from quite a while ago. Do you have any idea what this product was called? I do know that Scotch has some special products for hanging things, but I'm not sure if they would be the same as the one you saw.
I did a quick search under the product section but didn't find anything close to what you describe.
Do you know the name of the program? That could at least narrow down the search. If so, you might be able to research under that specific program.
I think I recall what you are referring to. Check the link below for a DIY tool that basically does what I recall the other one did, but instead of tape, just makes a small hole to mark the spot.
You could also just tape a piece of paper or thin cardboard to the wall, and not make a hole in the actual wall, till you were sure this was where you wanted a hanger.
