One general rule of thumb when moving into your home is you should always plan out exactly how each individual space is going to look like.

Certain questions like these should help you know what and where to decorate:

Do you want the living room to feel snug or do you want it to appear spacious?

Is it time to upgrade curtains in some rooms or should you try and be creative and work around the existing ones?

Or maybe you decide the walls themselves just need a new color to fit your current possessions?

Whatever questions cross your mind on how to better decorate your new place, know that taking a few extra moments before the move to plan ahead will help make the entire experience much easier and less stressful.
