        My 4 year "new" deck is dangerously falling aprart. What most homeowners don't know:
        Lumber Warranty= is very misleading-if you are lucky, they will only replace product-no labor to remove/re-install/or hauling away
        Local Home Improvement stores= do not provided needed information
        PCV rating on end tags=not all treated lumber is the same=above ground use may not be suitable for ground level decks with no ground contact
        How to inspect your deck=a little black in your decking could lead to dangerous soft and spongy wood in just a few months

        What might be under your deck & you don't know it-till you fall through

        Yeah that's true until you check you wont be able to know,so the homeowners shoudl keep checking.
