Went to help a friend install shoe moulding . There are a couple of angles that we can't figure out. We tried cutting it at 15 degrees. And working our way up the different degrees . And can't find it. Any suggestions ?

Ned to use a "slidding bevel square" You can set it to the angle that you are after and then transfer to match up to a saw. http://www.google.com/shopping...DoCw&ved=0CFcQ8wIwAA

That will work but I prefure using one of these. http://www.amazon.com/Starrett...ords=starrett+505p-7 It will instantly give me the exact angle to set the saw for a single or a double cut. If you take the time to cope that moulding there will be no gaps that need filling. joecaption

from the Quick and Dirty department... put a piece of scrap wood along the long side. put another over it along the short side. mark the angle on the bottom board with a pencil. cut and transfer to the final material. sig: if this is a new economy, how come they still want my old-fashioned money?
