        Hi,

I have a house with an outside brick veneer (wood structure), the corner walls have dropped about 1/4" to 3/8" on 3 corners (not a 4th) and only the corners. As this wall sits on the foundation, I am concerned that the foundation wall has dropped or cracked, but I find it strange it is only on the 3 corners and no-where else.

The inside is completely redone (so I am reluctant to pull it apart yet) and the outside is covered with asphalt (tarmac) for the most part.

Anyone any ideas? Where I might start with this problem?

        Cheers to all.

i find it strange that only the brick has moved.
sounds like the bricks are NOT sitting on a brick ledge
if the wall and brick are sitting on the same foundation, then they will move up and down togather
if moving independently, you got a brick ledge that is not tied to the foundation
only way to verify this is to dig a hole, and look at whats what
