Needing information on how to resurface concrete porch. Removed outdoor carpet. Paint on cement. Surface rough. Scrapped but needing to sand - not sure what to use.
Any suggestions?

I had the same problem with a front porch. I overlaid the entire surface with rough tile, using thinset and matching grout. It looks great and has withstood all the changes in weather that SC can hand out.
