Ok I am building a home and have acquired 4 in thick 4x8 sheets isocyanate insulation.
The problem is I need to cut it into 12" wide pieces and when I attempted this with the sawzall it was very uneven.the blade would be straight on the surface but curving 1-2" on the back side.
I thought about a table saw but it only cuts 3" deep
any body else have any other ideas other that flipping it over on a table saw for every piece
Easiest way with the tools you have are to use the table saw and flip it. You can probably make one cut with the table saw as deep as you can go and then break the rest over a straight edge, but in reality that will take longer than flipping it on the saw.
