I've been thinking lately about getting an outbuilding to serve as a gym. I'm 21, I've never taken a project like this before. I would love to be able to do this on my own, but I'm guessing it'll be quite difficult as I'm looking into having an outbuilding with plumbing and electricity. Can anyone give some advice?
Depending on how big this bldg. is to be, consider buying a garage package sold by many building centers. That, some good friends and their tools and a library book should be the perfect combination. It will a selling feature as a future garage, shop or home based business center.

For something that involved there's going to be permits needed. If you've never done something like this before then I would suggest using a contrator on this one. Just building a shed is one thing, but a building with plumbing and electrical will need a full foundation or slab. And if that comes out wrong your in deep dodo.
