Is anyone familiar with the Kerdi/Ditra/Schluter tile backer products? Using their foam backer boards instead of heavy Durock looks tempting but it looks flimsy like it would flex and crack the tiles or the grouting. | |||

it is. that stuff goes on over cement board. you have to have a solid surface backing up the tile installation. then you waterproof it to stay with the ditra on the wall.This message has been edited.
