Releasing the pop off valve will not affect the pressure in your water heater tank. However, working on things can cause some complications.

First, determine if only this faucet has low pressure or do all hot water faucets in the house have low pressure? If all the faucets have low pressure, then most likely there is a valve partially shut off neat the water heater or a line got crimped near the WH. There is also the possibility that working on the WH released some calcium and rust into the system - this has now clogged up all the faucets. While this is possible, it is not very likely for all faucets to be affected this way.

If it's just the newly repaired faucet then either the strainer or the restrictor inside the shower head is filled with crud - just unscrew it and clean it out. Or the washers are the wrong size and are restricting water flow.

Maybe the fact that this spammer can't spell, can't use proper grammer, and posted the same message 3 times in this thread and once in the Possible Mold ... thread is a clue. Pretty sad.
