| Good morning Wallace. Two suggestions. One go back and remove your St. address in your profile. Just leave the state. It's for your own safety. #2 Go back and start your own discussion, not add onto someone elses with your questions. Makes it to confusing when the replys get all mixed up.

| little tight but it works. we've got 7-1/2 by 9 both upstairs and downstairs. up has a full bath (toilet/sink/tub+shower combo) and down has a 3/4 (toilet/sink/large shower.) you can rotate the bathtub to the back wall, put vanity and sink either side by side or opposite each other as they fit, and have a complete room. if the vanity and toilet are side by side, you have room for open shelving on the other side holding towels, supplies, etc. (( you could go to a plumbing supply house and have a jailhouse stainless steel toilet with sink in the lid ordered, but I bet you don't. ))
sig: if this is a new economy, how come they still want my old-fashioned money?
