small 3/4 bathroom remodel
i am looking for a very budget friendly remodel for my downstairs bath. i am assuming it is a 3/4 as it only has a shower, toilet, and sink. the shower is tiled in this awful black tile with a blue tile border/ insert and the sink countertop is tiled with the same tile scheme just with smaller yet still black tiles. i would like to retile shower but unsure of the size i should use. toilet is newer so that wont need to be replaced and i would like to install a pedestal sink but my piping comes in off to the side of the sink and i really didnt want the pipes to show. also if anyone knows of when/who sells a ventless bath fan that would be great as this room needs one!!! thanks in advance for all your help

With any pedistal sink the plumbing is going to show under the sink.
There is no "ventless" bathroom fan. The hot moist air has to be vented to the outside, there's just no way to remove the moisture and put the cirulated air back into the room.
Without some pictures of what you have and some more info anyone here is just guessing on suggestions.
What type plumbing do you have now?
Steel, Pex, copper.

chase that pipe, it might have stupidly been dumped into the attic, to rot things there. the air must be dispersed outside, through the roof, wall, or through a soffet. there are specific outlet plates for each circumstance.

sig: if this is a new economy, how come they still want my old-fashioned money?
