I have a very small interior bathroom. 5X7 1/2. No window. A tub/shower, toilet, sink. I have stripped the old wallpaper, and want to paint. What are some of the current the current t color trends for such a space?

I can't help you pick a colour, but I can help you pick a paint.

If there's no window in this bathroom, you're best off using a light colour, like an off-white to maximize the amount of light in your bathroom.

But, what's most important is that you use a paint specifically intended for use in bathrooms. That's because different acrylic resins have different resistance levels to moisture and humidity, and the result of using the wrong paint in a bathroom will be the paint peeling on the ceiling above the shower and high up on the walls where humidity is highest.

By choosing a paint intended for bathrooms, like Zinsser's PermaWhite Bathroom Paint (available at Home Depot) or Sherwin Williams "Bath Paint" sold at Sherwin Williams paint stores, you know you're getting a paint where the binder resin was chosen because of it's excellent moisture resistance. That means the paint won't change it's properties in the presence of moisture, so it won't get soft and lose it's adhesion the way a budget priced paint would.

I have no experience with Sherwin Williams "Bath Paint", but I use Zinsser's PermaWhite in all 21 of the bathrooms in my building, and it helps my business stay successful. People, most of whom are actually an uncatalogued species of pig, appreciate a clean environment, and PermaWhite provides that by NOT cracking and peeling and preventing mildew growth on the paint in the bathroom.

PermaWhite is a white latex paint that can be tinted to any off-white or even pastel (I think) colour. Ditto for SW "Bath Paint" I expect.
